Guarantee

Lisa's Royal Delights will provide a professionally decorated dessert in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or email. We appreciate your business and are honored that you have chosen us. We guarantee that the flavors, size and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our products, please let us know at the time you receive your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered.

Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Lisa's Royal Delights is not a nut free facility. All of the products are baked in an environment where nuts are processed and cross contamination is possible. We cannot guarantee that a product does not contain potential allergens, regardless of the recipe and ingredients. Products are produced in a home kitchen. Common food allergens that may be found in the kitchen include eggs, dairy, and wheat. Although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.

Deposits, Payments, Cancellations

A deposit of 50% via e-transfer and details through email is required to consider this an order and contract for services rendered. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. All orders must be placed 24 - 48 hrs in advance. Deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations within 36hrs of the delivery of an order.
